"HORRIBLE experience! We had the same homeowner's coverage for 13+ years when I reached out to State Farm for a quote. The premium was substantially lower so we decided to move forward. The sales rep, David Sartwell, was responsive when we were looking for quotes, asked me a bunch of questions about our home and I was told the policy will be written. Once I received the binder, I sent a text to Mr. Sartwell asking when should I cancel my old policy. I was instructed to cancel it the following day, which I did. Approximately a week later I get an EMAIL telling me that my homeowner's policy will not be written unless I replace my roof and the binder will be canceled on May 19th. My previous insurance cannot reinstate since I canceled. I was never informed that there is a possibility that the policy may not be written. It took me over 2 days just to get Mr. Sartwell on the phone. I requested a call back from Logan Beasley, the owner a week ago....and I'm still waiting!!!! They don't answer the phone and the response time is NON EXISTENT!!! I regret ever switching my insurance to State Farm. The agent doesn't even have the courtesy to return my call. I filed a complaint with the state insurance commission, but I doubt anything will come of it. Beware of this agency!!! They are very responsive when they want your business, but should an issue arise, they are nowhere to be found. UPDATE: I've been shopping around for new coverage and 3 other local agents have guessed who the agent was when I explained the situation. I wish I knew this before I moved forward with them. Also, my initial policy was $1536 per year.....because of Logan Beasley's agency failure to tell me, my insurance is now $3041! Thanks!"

Apparently Logan is not coming back due to some reason and underwriting is going over all old policies with a fine tooth comb. Buyer beware"
